A popular Gallatin restaurant was a small pizza franchise business called Breadeaux Pisa, owned and operated by Danny Dixon beginning in October, 1993. It especially attracted youth after school activities and sporting events. The restaurant was located on North Main in the building previously built for Sears Catalog Store.

An early touch screen monitor was used at Breadeaux Pisa in Gallatin; shown here in 2000. Customers would voice choices which were then entered for the order and for a paper receipt upon payment.
