The Mare, Saddle and bridle, two revolvers and flag, taken from the notorious guerrilla “Bill Anderson”, are hereby presented to Lt. Col. S.P. Cox, 33rd, Regt.
E.M.M., as a reward for the distinguished service he has lately rendered his country.
