Gov. Crittenden and the managers of the different railroads of the state held a conference in St. Louis Tuesday. At which it was decided to offer the above reward for the capture of the outlaws who robbed the Rock Island train at Winston. Of this amount $20,000 is offered specially for the James boys — guilty or not guilty.
